What is a hands-free hair dryer?
A hands-free hair dryer is a dryer designed to dry and style your hair without you having to hold it. The LeLunar hands-free dryer holds itself, on its own stand or fixed to the wall, positioning a steady stream of air exactly where you need it, so both of your hands are free to brush, section, and style. It is a genuinely different way to dry your hair compared with a conventional handheld blow dryer.
How does the LeLunar hands-free dryer work?
Set the dryer in position, choose your heat and speed, and direct the airflow toward your hair. With the dryer holding itself, you can use both hands to style. It is ideal for blow-drying the back of your head, working through long hair, or styling round-brush waves you simply can't manage one-handed.
What makes it different from a normal blow dryer?
A traditional blow dryer keeps one hand permanently occupied. The LeLunar hands-free blow dryer holds itself, freeing both hands and eliminating the arm and shoulder strain of holding a dryer up for long stretches. This hands-free design is the heart of what makes LeLunar a category of one.
Is the hands-free technology really patented?
Yes. The LeLunar hands-free hair dryer is built on patented hands-free technology, a defensible design that sets it apart from conventional dryers and the major handheld brands.
Why does my dryer say “Inovaxion” on the barrel?
Because it is a First Edition. LeLunar® is the official brand of our parent company Inovaxion® (Paris), and the first production run was engraved with the parent mark. It is exactly the same patented dryer with the same 2-year guarantee; only the small engraving differs. From October every LeLunar carries its own mark. We say so on the product page before you order, so there are no surprises in the box.
Using Your Dryer
Is it suitable for all hair types?

How far should I position the dryer, and which heat should I use?
As a general guide, keep some distance between the dryer and your hair and avoid the highest heat on fragile or wet hair. Our interactive Drying Distance and Heat Guide gives a personalised recommendation based on your hair type, length, and porosity.

What colours are available?
The LeLunar hands-free dryer is offered in a choice of considered finishes. You can see them all, and select yours, on the product page.
Can I have my dryer engraved with a name?
Personalised laser engraving — a name, initials or a short word on the barrel — is offered on the product page whenever it is available; choose “Personalised” under the colour, type your text and check the live preview. Engraved dryers are made to order in our atelier and ship a few days later than standard ones. Because they are made to your specification, personalised items are excluded from the right of withdrawal unless faulty, so please check the spelling before you order.
How do I care for and clean my dryer?
Keep the air intake clear of lint and hair for the best performance, wiping it gently when cool. Store the dryer in its carry bag when travelling. Never immerse the dryer in water.

Do you ship to my country?

How long will delivery take?
Orders are dispatched within 1 to 2 business days and typically arrive within 3 to 5 business days across the European Union. International orders may take a little longer. You'll receive tracking by email as soon as your order ships.
What is your return policy?
You're covered by a 30-day satisfaction promise on top of your statutory 14-day EU right of withdrawal. Full details are on our Returns and Refund Policy page. Personalised (engraved) items are the one exception: made to order, they can only be returned if faulty.
Is there a warranty?
Yes. Every LeLunar hands-free hair dryer is covered by a 2-year guarantee against manufacturing defects, in line with EU consumer law.
