Where we ship

We ship free of charge to the European Union and the United Kingdom. Shipping is included in the price shown; no delivery cost is added at checkout. Dryers for the United Kingdom come with a UK plug. Shipping to the United States opens soon.

Dispatch

Orders ship from our warehouse in the Netherlands. They are packed and handed to the carrier within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays leave on the next business day.

Pre-orders

When a product is offered for pre-order, the expected shipping date is shown on the product page and the dispatch time above runs from that date. You can cancel a pre-order free of charge at any time before it ships by e-mailing info@lelunar.com.

Delivery times

Delivery normally takes 3–5 business days after dispatch within the EU; deliveries to the United Kingdom pass through customs and can take a few days longer. These are estimates: carrier delays can add time. Unless we have agreed otherwise with you (for example for a pre-order), we deliver within 30 days at the latest.

Tracking

You receive a tracking link by e-mail as soon as your parcel ships. If tracking stops moving, write to info@lelunar.com with your order number, and we chase the carrier for you. Our Track your order page explains each step.

Taxes and duties

Prices shown to customers in the EU include VAT; there is nothing extra to pay on delivery. Orders to the United Kingdom are delivered duty paid: we pay the UK import VAT and any customs duty, so there is nothing extra to pay on delivery either.

Damaged or missing parcels

Risk of loss passes to you on delivery. If your parcel arrives damaged or has not arrived within the estimated time, contact us: we resolve it with a replacement or a refund, at no cost to you.
